Clowd is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other factors beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the customer once the order has been shipped.

Returns, exchanges, and store credit eligibility are governed by our Returns Policy.

Refunds are not offered unless explicitly stated. Original shipping fees, duties, and taxes are non-refundable.

Some products may be offered as pre-orders or made-to-order.

Clowd Gift Cards:

Have no cash value
Do not expire unless otherwise stated
