At Clowd, LLC (“Clowd,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), we’ve made returns simple, flexible, and stress-free.
Eligible items may be returned for an exchange or store credit in the form of a Clowd Gift Card.

PROCESSING TIME
Once your return is received at our warehouse, your exchange or store credit will be issued within 7–10 business days, depending on processing times.
Store credit is issued as a Clowd Gift Card via email.
Gift cards never expire and can be used toward any future purchase.
RETURN WINDOW
Returns must be submitted within 30 days of delivery.
Returns requested outside of this period, or returns that do not meet the criteria outlined below, will not be accepted.
RETURN CONDITIONS
To be eligible for return, items must meet the following requirements:

Items must be new condition — unworn, unwashed, and free of stains, pet hair, or scent

All original tags (and hygienic liners, if applicable) must be attached

Items returned in non-sellable condition will not qualify for exchange or store credit

All returns are processed through our Returns Portal, where you may choose one of the following options:
Exchange

Swap your item for a different size or color (subject to availability)

Replacement items ship once your return is received and processed
Store Credit

Receive a Clowd Gift Card equal to the value of your return

Gift cards are emailed automatically and never expire
ADDITIONAL DETAILS

Exchanges are processed at the discounted price paid for each item

If your requested exchange item is out of stock, you will automatically receive store credit

No return shipping fees are charged for domestic or international returns

To maintain quality and keep pricing accessible — without increasing costs to offset return processing — we’ve chosen a return approach that prioritizes both you and the integrity of our products:

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ORDERS
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we’ll make it right.
Please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include clear photos of:

The shipping label or SKU
Once approved, a replacement for the same item and size will be shipped (subject to availability).
Claims submitted after 5 days or without required images may not qualify for replacement.
