ORDER PROCESSING
- Orders placed before 11AM PT (Mon–Fri) are dispatched the same business day.
- Orders placed after 11AM PT or on weekends will ship the next business day.
- Please allow additional time during holidays or peak periods.
We aim to make sure every order leaves our warehouse quickly - because we know you want your clowd.

Shipping times vary based on your location, selected shipping method, and product availability.
Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and begin once the order has shipped, not when it is placed.

Our standard shipping option is available on all orders.
Packages typically arrive within 3–6 business days once shipped.
Express Shipping (2-Day)
- Estimated delivery: 2 business days
- Cost: $14.75 USD
Need it sooner? Choose Express at checkout for delivery within
2 business days once your order leaves our warehouse.
Clowd is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other factors beyond our control.
PRE-ORDER & MADE-TO-ORDER ITEMS
Some items may be offered as pre-orders or made-to-order.
If your order contains a pre-order or made-to-order item:

Clowd is not responsible for delays related to production timelines or supplier availability.
ORDER TRACKING
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking information to update after shipment.
If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the carrier directly before reaching out to us.
LOST, STOLEN, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES
Clowd is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier.
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can assist you in filing a claim with the carrier when applicable.
INCORRECT SHIPPING INFORMATION
Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
Clowd is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses. If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer may be responsible for additional shipping fees.
